Verification Quality Analyst
Be the last checkpoint before a verification report reaches an employer — sample cases, catch errors, and keep our audit trail bulletproof.
About the role
Employers act on our reports, so those reports have to be right. Verification Quality Analysts sample completed cases from the verification and document teams, measure how accurate and complete they are, and decide whether a report ships or goes back for rework.
It is a strong next step for someone who enjoys finding the one weak case in a hundred. You will learn how we define a defensible check, how to sample properly, and how to give feedback that teams can actually act on.
What you'll do
- Sample completed verification and document cases for accuracy and completeness.
- Catch missing steps, weak evidence and inconsistent notes before delivery.
- Track quality metrics and share short, clear reports.
- Give constructive feedback to verification and document teams.
- Recommend checklist and guideline changes when the same error repeats.
What we look for
- Strong judgement and a methodical way of working.
- Comfortable with simple metrics and percentages.
- Able to give direct feedback politely and clearly.
- Discreet with confidential candidate information.
- Six months of any admin, data, operations or review work is a plus, not a must.
