Document Verification Executive

About the role

A single forged degree certificate can cost an employer a bad hire and a hard conversation with their leadership. Document Verification Executives are the checkpoint that stops that. You examine identity documents, degrees and certificates and confirm each one is genuine.

You will work in a browser-based verification tool, compare documents against government and institutional databases, and escalate anything that does not add up. It rewards patience and a sharp eye far more than any technical skill, and full training is provided.

What you'll do

• Verify identity documents, degrees and certificates against official databases.
• Spot altered, forged or mismatched documents and escalate them.
• Match names, dates and numbers across a candidate’s file for consistency.
• Log every decision with a clear reason and supporting evidence.
• Meet daily accuracy and turnaround targets with built-in quality checks.

What we look for

• Very strong attention to detail — you notice the one wrong digit.
• Methodical and consistent across long batches of documents.
• Readable written English for notes and escalations.
• Discreet handling of sensitive personal documents.
• Any graduate degree; we train on our own case tooling.
