Field Verification Coordinator

About the role

Some checks can only be confirmed in person — an address, a workplace, an identity. Field Verification Coordinators run that network from their desk: assigning cases to our on-ground associates, tracking progress, and making sure every field report comes back complete and on time.

You will be the calm point of contact between employers, our field associates and the operations team. It is coordination and follow-through work — chasing the loose end so a case never stalls — and it comes with structured onboarding and clear playbooks.

What you'll do

• Assign address and identity field checks to our on-ground associates.
• Track each field case from request to completed report against SLA.
• Follow up on delays and missing information until the case is closed.
• Review returned field reports for completeness before they go out.
• Keep employers updated on the status of their field checks.

What we look for

• Organised and persistent — you chase the loose end until it is closed.
• Clear communicator over phone, chat and email.
• Comfortable juggling many open cases at once without losing track.
• Reliable and punctual with your own follow-ups.
• Any graduate degree; we train on our own case tooling.
