This notice explains how Kernelhr handles the information you share when you apply for a role or contact us.
When you apply, we collect the details you enter in the form — your name, email, phone number, city and the short description of your experience. We also record basic technical information such as your IP address and browser, to help prevent spam.
We use your information only to review your application, contact you about the role, and keep a record of applicants for future openings. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We keep applications for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to remove your details sooner at any time.
Kernelhr never asks candidates for payment, deposits, equipment costs or fees of any kind during hiring. If anyone requests money in our name, it is not us.
