The role
Warm outreach is the heart of what we do, and we need someone to help keep it flowing. As a Community Outreach Associate you’ll help keep candidates updated, answer their questions, and keep our outreach lists warm and tidy.
This is a friendly, people-and-organising role, not a technical one. You do not need to code. If you’re warm, clear in writing and tidy with detail, we’ll teach you the rest.
It’s a part-time, work-from-home role, which suits people who want steady, flexible work alongside studies or another commitment.
What you'll do
- Send friendly updates and follow-ups to candidates
- Answer questions from applicants warmly and on time
- Keep community and outreach lists tidy and current
- Flag strong or unhappy candidates for a senior to see
- Help keep our candidate notes clear and up to date
What we're looking for
- Warm and organised — you like people and tidy lists
- Comfortable writing clear, friendly messages
- Clear written English for updates and replies
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work from home
- Any exposure to customer care, community or admin is a plus, but not required
What we offer
- Monthly pay in the range of ₹24,000–₹36,000 for part-time hours, depending on experience
